Lunch  - 1 bagel
Snack/dinner - 3.25 bagels, 1 oz. peanuts, 2.5 slices pizza
Thursday - .5 Basic 4/.5 crispex cereal with skim milk
	       1 glass orange juice
		  1/2 egg bagel
lunch - 1 bagel (1/8 bagel, 7/8 wheat )
dinner/snack - 1 egg bagel, 1 onion bagel with cheese, vegetables (broccili, cauliflouer, carrots w/cheese, 1/2 bagel)  4 crackers with peanuts.
saturday - egg bagel, orange juice, banana
   lunch - 3 chips w/bean dip, onion bagel
           bread w/ peanut butter,  3 chips with pb/bean dip
   dinner- sloppy joe meat on pita pocket, lettuce, tomatoe, olives, cucumbers, cake, popcorn, apple juice, fruit and fiber cereal
sunday - lunch - rice (w/banana, apple, egg, cashews), cashews
	    dinner - little ham, farmer's almanac cereal
monday - farmers alm cereal with milk
	    egg bagel
		tang
		2 tacos, one chicken taco
